We are looking for a skilled professional to join our growing team as a SharePoint Online Migration Engineer. If you are passionate about cloud transformation and modernizing business collaboration tools, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities

• Migration Expertise: Lead or support the migration of SharePoint on-premise applications to SharePoint Online using standard migration strategies.
• Custom Development: Design and implement custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), REST APIs, and related tools.
• Workflow Automation: Build, optimize, and maintain business workflows using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and other automation platforms.
• Third-Party Integrations: Develop secure integrations between SharePoint and third-party systems via APIs and web services.
• Customization: Utilize .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and PowerShell for custom development and site enhancements.
• UI/UX Enhancements: Implement modern and responsive branding, themes, and UI customizations to enhance user experience on SharePoint sites.
• Governance & Best Practices: Enforce coding standards, conduct peer code reviews, and support governance frameworks across SharePoint solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and IT teams to deliver high-quality SharePoint-based applications.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide L2/L3 technical support, root cause analysis, and performance optimization for SharePoint Online solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in SharePoint Online migration projects.
• Strong proficiency in SPFx, Power Automate, REST APIs, PowerShell scripting, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and web technologies (HTML/CSS).
• Experience with SharePoint integrations using web services/APIs.
• Solid understanding of SharePoint governance, permissions, site architecture, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and source control (Git, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in SharePoint development and migration, including at least 2–3 years on SharePoint Online.
