Position Overview

Accelirate is seeking SharePoint Developers to assist in SharePoint Online Sites and Projects by analyzing the business needs and translating requirements into technical solutions. This will include the documentation of process flows, content analysis, and implementing best practices. Accelirate is responsible for all support and customer interaction, providing incident support and project development to capture business needs, goals and objectives, features, functionality, and process automation using Microsoft Power App and Flow.

Responsibilities Include

• Assist in all aspects of Support and Projects as needed.
• Leverage understanding of Workflow Process Engineering concepts and practices.
• Facilitate communication with business users during each phase of the development lifecycle.
• Assist with deliverables while contributing to the project team.
• Coordinate multi-functional work teams toward task completion.
• Design and maintain SharePoint Sites and Processes.
• Work with business users to resolve design requirements.
• Provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) for proposed solutions.
• Assist team members and business site owners with implementing new SharePoint solutions and provide day-to-day operations support.
• Transfer knowledge to business users and document steps taken to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with customers for support, training, and documentation.
• Review processes and engage in process improvements.
• Manage and configure sites, build lists and libraries, handle site templates and web part configurations, and monitor user permissions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 Years of experience in SharePoint Development and Administration
• College Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint (Domain Expert)
• Experience with the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solutioning, development, testing, and release management.
• Ability to design SharePoint Online modern web pages.
