Shared Mobility Program Coordinator | Salary Range: $36.71 - $54.60 / hourly; $76,650 - $114,004 / annually

This position is based at our Central Office in St. Paul and offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. The successful candidate will create a telework arrangement with their supervisor, combining both in-office and remote work as needed.
The Shared Mobility Program Coordinator will take charge of MnDOT's Greater Minnesota Shared Mobility Program, focusing on program goals while exploring innovative transit options and technology-driven shared mobility services. These may include bikeshare, carshare, micromobility, carpooling, vanpooling, ridesharing, on-demand microtransit, ridehailing, and ridesourcing. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and managing consultants, partners, project leads, and staff involved in program initiatives.
- Handling project procurements and consulting contracts.
- Identifying project deliverables and leading their creation.
- Establishing budgeting and financial reporting processes for the program.
- Collaborating with local and regional partners throughout Greater Minnesota and representing MnDOT on shared mobility topics at public meetings and national forums.
- Occasional travel around Greater Minnesota for meetings (less than 5% of the time).

Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of advanced professional experience in managing large-scale programs. Experience must demonstrate:
- Familiarity with shared mobility services (e.g., public transit, bikesharing, carsharing, ridesharing).
- Skills in program planning.
- Knowledge of budget policies and practices.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Planning, Business, or Finance can substitute for six months of professional experience.
