Physical therapists (P - Ts) diagnose and treat individuals of all ages who have medical problems or health-related conditions that limit their movement and daily activities. P - Ts develop plans using treatment techniques to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore functionality, and prevent disability. Work in settings including hospitals, private practices, outpatient clinics, home health, schools, sports and fitness facilities, work settings, and nursing homes. Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs and provide educational information regarding injury prevention, ergonomics, and therapy. Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides in implementing treatment plans. Critical Information Must have SC PT license (must be attached to resume). Requires 2 years recent PT experience, hospital experience preferred. BLS certification required, must be through the American Heart Association. This position will be for Outpatient therapy.
