Job DescriptionJoin our customer as a Production Associate to create lifesaving firefighter gear in a modern, climate-controlled facility. Operate industrial sewing machines while standing, ensuring precision and quality in every stitch. Collaborate with a dynamic team to meet production goals and uphold safety standards. No prior sewing experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines to produce firefighter protective gear
• Ensure accuracy and quality in stitching components
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to stand for the entire shift on comfortable floor mats
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, team collaboration, and self-accountability
