Seven Sisters Host or Cashier FT - Black Oak Casino Resort : Job Details

Responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Seven Sisters Restaurant. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Maintains the reservation book for restaurant including receiving calls, checking messages, and assisting walk-ins with special attention to Guest Service Standards. Ensures fair and equal flow of seating for Servers and Guests. Greets Guests and escorts Guests to their table and presents menus. Recommends wine, spirits, and other amenities to Guests. Works with the front and back of house staff to ensure Guest meals are produced in accordance with specifications and Guest requests. Assists Manager in achieving predetermined objectives and desired standards of quality food, service, cleanliness, merchandising and promotion. Follows up with Guest (post meal) regarding service and quality. Assists in ensuring that all service procedures/standards and safety procedures are followed.
