Settlement Processor - DRB Group LLC : Job Details

JOB PURPOSE: This position will primarily be responsible for conducting settlement closings. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, organized, has great customer service skills, a positive attitude, works well under pressure and is a dedicated team member. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Duties and Responsibilities Conducts settlement closings – in house and remote/outside purchases and refinances (onsite or offsite locations) Enters fees into Title Express for preparation of CD & ALTA settlement statement (or Hud1) Prepares commitment and title insurance policies for Maryland (Pennsylvania is a plus) Knowledge and Skills Proficient skills of MS Office products Proficient use of a calculator Highly organized with strong attention to detail Works well under pressure and able to consistently meet deadlines Excellent customer service skills Demonstrates initiative Works well in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable talking / corresponding with RE Agents, loan officers and closers Must have a Title Producer License for the state of Maryland (Pennsylvania is a plus) Previous work experience using Title Express is a plus Experience with CD & ALTA documents a plus Must have valid driver's license for travel between offices QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Work Experience High School diploma and two years equivalent work experience or associate degree and one year of equivalent work experienceaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
