Our client, a leading innovator in healthcare research, is hiring a ServiceNow SPM Business Process Consultant to join their team in Illinois on a contract basis. The successful candidate will focus on improving the quality of IT processes, products, and services, while also playing a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and business departments to ensure that technological solutions meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- As the ServiceNow SPM Business Process Consultant, you will serve as the liaison between IT and business units to facilitate clear communication and ensure goal alignment.
- You will be tasked to analyze and document business workflows and requirements.
- Lead meetings and presentations to share insights and findings.
- Act as the communication link between technical systems, software expectations, and business models.
- Oversee and manage the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solution, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
- Recommend improvements and alternatives to enhance business processes and KPIs.
- Generate and maintain reports on vendors, costs, and processes.
- Assist in the onboarding process, employee engagement initiatives, and departmental events.
- Support budget model development and reporting, and maintain departmental emails and distribution lists.
Skillset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow's Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tool.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other IT technologies.
