Job Title: ServiceNow SME ITAM Location: New York (Hybrid) Job Description:

10 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.
Hands-on experience in implementing APM, SPM, TPM in ServiceNow
Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes.
Develop ServiceNow ITBM configuration, including Configuration Item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services
Deep technical understanding of various application phases and business or application functions.
Expertise in ServiceNow Reporting, including building custom Reports and Dashboards for various modules.
Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, APM implementations in ServiceNow.
