ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting Developer - Utah State University : Job Details

A successful candidate will act as the Performance Analytics & Reporting subject matter expert and perform ServiceNow developer responsibilities and understand business and technical terminology around Key Performance Indicators, Metrics, Dashboards, Trending, Target Setting, etc. This is an in person position located in Logan, UT. This position will be hired as a Programmer/ Analyst II or III dependent on job duties assigned and candidate qualifications. Responsibilities Drive the continual improvement of Performance Analytics roadmap as well as the maturing of ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics capabilities, expertise, best practices, and solutions. Work with multiple stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, anticipate future reporting needs & design scenarios in line with overall strategy or the organization.
