Our client is an award winning federal integrator, assisting various federal agencies in transforming how they deliver their HR Services. They have an opening for a ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst with experience in the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module to support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. This role involves working directly with clients and project teams to gather requirements, design and configure system solutions, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to deliver effective, tailored solutions for federal clients. Work is performed remotely on this multi-year project, but candidates must be local to Washington, DC for occasional onsite presence as needed.
