Our client, a ServiceNow Solutions organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join the team in New York. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating business processes and requirements into platform capabilities, ensuring that business needs align with technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Work closely with customer stakeholders to collect and document business requirements.Convert business needs into functional and technical requirements within ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with best practices and desired outcomes.Lead and facilitate client workshops to achieve consensus on process improvements, platform best practices and strategic planning.Collaborate with development teams to create and refine precise development stories.Serve as a trusted advisor, develop strong relationships with both business and technical teams, with support from expert platform architects.Skillset
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including implementations, process design and configuration.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is essential.ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.Agile SAFe or other Agile-related certifications are a plus.At least one year of experience working with an implementation partner.Experience working with ITSM.Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or similar.Benefits
