Job Description :

Our client, a prominent player in the technology sector, is hiring a ServiceNow Architect to join the team on a minimum six-month contract. With a focus on the IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules, specifically Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM), you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions for ITAM, with a focus on HAM and SAM modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient ServiceNow configurations.
  • Lead the implementation of HAM and SAM processes, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams working on ServiceNow projects.
  • Conduct system reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimization of existing ServiceNow implementations.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and features, ensuring solutions leverage the platform's full potential.

    • Skillset

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a focus on implementing ITAM modules.
  • Strong understanding of IT Asset Management processes and frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with designing, configuring, and implementing HAM or SAM solutions within ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow certifications – CIS, CTA, or CMA.
