ServiceNow Architect - Akkodis : Job Details

Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow Architect for a Contract job with a client in New York, NY or Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience as a ServiceNow solution consultant/architect, with a strong background in enterprise-level implementations, presales strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Rate Range: $60/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. ServiceNow Architect job responsibilities include:

• Lead discovery workshops and product demonstrations to align ServiceNow solutions with customer needs.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive thought leadership strategy centered around ServiceNow and aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive presales and solution efforts across IT and non-IT domains.
• Conduct research to identify customer-relevant topics and develop solution opportunities.
• Demonstrate TCS offerings and contribute to offering maturation and innovation.
• Partner with ISU/BG and ServiceNow delivery teams to drive growth strategy.
• Create solution collateral and collaborate with delivery teams to develop case studies and success stories.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow solution consultant/architect.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and customer engagements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in presales, solution design, and enterprise architecture.
