Responsibilities: The Service Advisor is here to provide a world-class ownership experience by ensuring our customers are treated as welcome guests, and taking full ownership of the customer experience. Identifying service needs based on time, history and mileage. Ensuring the customer is presented a full menu of options to keep their vehicle running like new. Present a comprehensive multi-point inspection form every time at every visit so they know with full confidence their vehicle has been systematically inspected. Ensure that their documentation, and communication is flawless.
- Verify correct customer information every time without failure or exception. Name, address, phone numbers, email address, vehicle data and preferred method of contact. Document verbatim vehicle commentary to ensure accurate and timely vehicle diagnosis.
- Perform vehicle walk around at time of service write up.
- Prepare written estimates for all work to be performed and ensure that we have fully documented authorization before any work is performed regardless if the manufacture or customer is paying.
- Ensure follow up is performed daily regardless of vehicle progress. Communication is the foundation of success!
- Prepare estimates for all technician recommendations.
- Prepare invoices that are easily understood, clearly identify all work that was performed and the charges as agreed upon.
- Ensuring that the customer receives an active delivery of their vehicle and that they are completely satisfied.
Qualifications:
- Previous Service Advisor experience, preferred but will train the right candidate.
- Must be a team player, and embrace our culture.
- Proficient typing skills, grammar and listening.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles. We are a drug free workplace. EOE. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits:
