Service Warranty Administrator - Hi Tech Luxury - Hi Tech Automotive Group : Job Details

Hi Tech Luxury Imports is looking for a Service Warranty Administrator for our dealership in Austin, TX. Hi Tech Luxury Imports sells Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Maserati, Lotus and Alfa Romeo vehicles.

Job responsibilities would include but not limited to:

• Submitting warranty claims
• Reviewing extended warranty claims
• Some scanning and filing
• Reviewing repair orders and making corrections before submission
• Meets with Service Director for updates
• Bentley, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, or Lotus experience a plus
• Reynolds experience a plus

Dress attire is business wear or a provided polo with dress pants or dress skirts.

We want to provide to our clients the same level of service they would receive at a resort hotel, fine restaurant, or the Country Club.
