As an In-House Service Technician, you'll work on-site at the company's Brookfield, WI headquarters, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs for sophisticated equipment. Every day will bring new challenges, whether it's walking a customer through a repair over the phone, coaching field technicians on solutions, or conducting training programs for client teams. Your attention to detail, mission-oriented mindset, and ability to adapt will make you a critical asset to the Aftermarket Service team.What you bring: An Associate's degree in electronics or equivalent hands-on experience; at least five years in electronics, electrical/mechanical work, or similar technical fields; familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators; and the ability to problem-solve both independently and as part of a team.
