Join our team as a Service Technician!CarePro Home Medical-Coralville has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Service Technician!In this role, you'll deliver medical equipment to patients in their homes, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable using it. You'll provide hands-on demonstrations, make adjustments as needed, and offer personalized support to meet their unique medical needs.This full-time opportunity is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.We're seeking a dependable, long-term team member with excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer care.Why CarePro?At CarePro, you're not just an employee - you're an owner! • Deliver medical equipment to patient/customer's home using our Company vehicle
• Perform adjustments, train, and demonstrate the use of equipment as necessary to the patient
• Clean and perform maintenance of medical equipment
• Maintain neat, clean, and safe Company vehicle
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and patient confidentiality

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of one year prior experience of maintenance, repair and/or delivery (medical equipment a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret written and online documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Must have the ability to lift up to 75 pounds (loads larger than this will require a team lift)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
