In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of Ford vehicles, ensuring they are serviced efficiently and to the highest standards. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and motivated to deliver excellent service every day.Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic equipment
  • Complete engine, transmission, steering, suspension, and HVAC system repairs
  • Follow manufacturer and dealership repair procedures and quality standards
  • Communicate findings and repair recommendations to Service Advisors
  • Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Automotive service experience is preferred
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ford Experience: Previous experience with Ford vehicles or certifications is a plus
  • Technical Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems using diagnostic tools
  • Problem Solving: Capable of accurately identifying issues and proposing effective solutions
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills with a focus on teamwork
  • Technology: Comfortable using automotive software and diagnostic platforms
  • Attitude: Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to continuous improvement
  • License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
