As an automotive technician you will:

* Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer standards.

* Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, steering, transmission, suspension, brakes, air- conditioning and electrical.

* Perform vehicle inspection to identify necessary repairs.

* Provide labor and time estimates for all repair work.

* Inspect and test vehicles to determine necessary and applicable repair work.

* Complete paperwork and documentation for service repairs.

* Provide and maintain a basic inventory of required hand tools.

Qualifications:

* ASE Certified or the ability to obtain the proper documents

* NYS Inspector's License or the ability to obtain one

* Must have the ability to properly use shop equipment

* Must have own set of tools

* Valid driver's license and transportation

* Must be a team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

* Excellent communication skills

* High energy, positive attitude and enthusiasm

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($55,3400.00 to $85,200.00), which includes commissions on (Commissions -Ex: Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit , Department Net ) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses -Ex: Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability ).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
