Service Technical Support (Swing) role at Keysight Technologies.

Location: Santa Rosa, CA (onsite).

• Location: 100% onsite at 1400 Fountain Grove Parkway, Santa Rosa, CA, 95403.
• Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (40 hours/week).
• Contract duration: Approximately 24 months (Target Start/End Date: 10/13/2025 10/12/2027).

The Quality Operations Support candidate will support Keysight's manufactured test equipment.

• Mechanical measurement of precision milled and turned sub-miniature high-frequency electronic parts to ensure functionality and accuracy.
• Perform inspection of sub-assemblies, final assemblies, or Keysight products.
• Interpret prints, manufacturing drawings, and/or diagrams in approving or rejecting in-process or final assemblies.
• Maintain records and/or databases.
• Work within the designated area of expertise; clarify, analyze, develop, and implement actions and solutions while supporting Keysight technicians and NPI Engineers.

• Prior experience is strongly preferred.
• At least 4 years of related experience.
• Requires some education, and/or specialized training/certification.
• Must have strong Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) background and be able to read blueprints. Basic understanding of mechanical metrology hand tool usage.
• GD&T experience is a MUST; not trainable.
• Experience using automated software platforms is a plus. Strong PC (MS Windows/Office) skills are a must.
• Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine and Optical Surface Profilers preferred.
• Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

• This pay range is $33.47/hr (base) for this position.
