**Service Support Associate (Shipping)**
**Compensation and Benefits:** The salary range for this position is $55k - $60k. **About The Team:** The Service Support Associate at Sciton is part of the Service business unit. Success in this role depends on exceptional customer service, team collaboration, and dedication.
**In This Role, You Will:**
- Provide service operations support related to manufacturing and distribution of medical laser equipment to domestic and international customers.
- Assemble internal and external customer orders and prepare goods for shipment.
- Open calls/sales orders within Sciton's ERP system to track parts and field service activities.
- Receive parts and close calls to initiate billing after field service activities are completed.
- Work with management to resolve issues during the call closing process.
- Update Material Order Spreadsheet during and after call processing.
- Review and update customer installed base as needed.
- Respond to internal and external customer requests.
- Update Sciton Store upon request.
- Conduct weekly inventory.
- Assist with scanning and maintaining electronic device history records (eDHRs) and other documentation as assigned.
**Essential Requirements:**
- Associate Degree or higher.
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with enterprise solution software is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, organized, creative, and capable of handling pressure.
- Flexible and able to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
