Job Description Overview:The Service Specialist shall be responsible for delivering results for Commercial clients within the area assigned. The candidate shall be deeply involved in the development, execution, and claim management of service requests related to the Commercial clients. The scope will involve and require the candidate to be responsible and accountable to perform the following functions: identifying / interviewing stakeholders, coordinating internal / external resources, follow best practices, evaluating alternative solutions, hosting training sessions, and proactively maintaining documentation. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Ensure customer success by exceeding KPI targets and proactive support throughout the service life cycle.* Implementing and maintaining service solutions geared towards commercial markets and special assignments.* Assist with strategizing, planning, creating, enhancing, and implementing service solutions.* Create, update, edit and enhance process maps, contracts, supporting documentation, reports.* Coordinate internal/external reports through gathering, analyzing and summarizing data from cross functional departments and present end to end solutions.* Prepare presentation materials and reports for team level and management level audiences on a weekly basis.* Maintain good attendance and punctuality.* Perform other job duties as assigned.Required Qualification:Years of Education* BA/BS in Business, Technology, or Project Management related fieldsWork Experience* 2-3 years of experience in business development, technical support, or project/account coordinationKnowledge and Skills* Passion for technology; experience with Chromebooks, Windows, Notebooks a plus* Proactive and able to work well independently as well as in a team environment and cross functional teams* Strong ownership and organization skills* Strong analysis skills with MS Excel to successfully manage projects preferred* Ability to create process maps in MS Visio or similar tool* Working knowledge and understanding of the products, services and support policies in order to be an effective team member* Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishPreferred Qualifications:* Background in Business Management, Technical Support, or Project ManagementWorking Conditions:* Typically works in an office environment* Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time* International and Domestic travel up to 10%$68,640 - $80,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. It does not include bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D insurance, Paid Time Off, EAP, & 401(k).
