At GEA, we are shaping the future of sustainable technology—and we're looking for a Service Sales Specialist to support our centrifuge solutions (separators and decanters) in the Renewable Resources market.
Technical Support & Sales Enablement
Be the go-to expert for Sales Engineers and customers on spare parts, conversion sets, and Sales Line Agreements (SLA)
Provide guidance on maintaining GEA centrifuges for reliable, trouble-free operation
Promote GEA's genuine parts, repair services, and in-plant service offerings
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them operate safely and efficiently
Foster strong relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business
Training & Development
Coordinate with GEA's training team to provide targeted product and process education for customers and colleagues
Market Positioning & Growth
Strategically position our parts and service offerings to outperform the competition
Share customer feedback with internal teams to help enhance our product and service portfolio
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Represent GEA with a unified voice and support a “One Face to the Client” approach across departments
Your Profile / Qualifications
Experience & Industry Knowledge
5+ years in technical sales, field service, or support—with centrifuges (separators and decanters)
MUST have experience with Decanters.
Familiar with key players and competitors in the Renewable Resources space
Technical Acumen
Strong understanding of state-of-the-art centrifuge operations and maintenance
Degree in Engineering, Food Science, or equivalent hands-on experience
People Skills
Open-minded, customer-oriented, and driven by problem-solving
Strong communicator and natural team player with the ability to influence and build trust
Willingness to Travel
Ready to be in the field 50–70% of the time, meeting customers and supporting their operations

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000 - $110,000 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.
