Service Policy Analyst - Xcel Energy : Job Details

Responsible for administering, clarifying and interpreting existing documented service policies and tariffs for multiple states for the design organization and customers. Serves as the primary resource regarding Service Policy for Distribution Design and Engineering, Construction, Legal, Regulatory and Rates. Resource for training service policy as well as tariff application and procedures. Responsible for documentation of policy related to Tariffs and Service Policy. Ensures consistent application of policy across business areas. Responsible for granting exceptions to external customer requests. Responsible for Service Policy website updates for all states within company territories. Liaison between the Rates and Design Departments. Essential Responsibilities.
