Our Service Plumbers are responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems and guiding customers to informed and confident buying decisions. Job Responsibilities

• Run on average 4-5 residential service calls daily
• Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential plumbing equipment
• Present tailored solutions that align with each customer's needs
• Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members
• Participate in ongoing training to support professional growth and skill development
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized, both inside and out
• Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: Potential earnings $70,000 - $150,000/annually
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm OR Wednesday - Saturday 8am - 7pm

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing is preferred
