Service Plumber - Apex Service Partners : Job Details

Champion Home Services is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated plumbing team. Service Plumbers are paid on a commission basis with an average wage of $65,000.00-$85,000 per year. What you will do:- Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues- Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues- Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues- Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations- Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand pluming concerns and solutions- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed- Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems- Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures- Attend appropriate safety training as required by the companyWho you are:- 1-5 Years Plumbing experience preferred- Plumbing degree, Texas Plumbing Tradesman license, or apprenticeship- Current plumbing certification as required by state- Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures- Good communication and interpersonal skillsWhy join THIS team?- Medical insurance (including dental and vision)- 401(k) Retirement Plan- Paid Time Off (PTO)- Paid Holidays- Life and Disability insurance- On-going training and development and growth opportunities Location: Bulverde, Texas
