We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Service Operations Support Specialist to help keep our high-volume automotive service department running at peak performance. This role is focused on internal operations, working closely with and supporting the Service Manager, advisors, and technicians to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in an automotive dealership environment (service advisor or internal operations role preferred)
• Strong understanding of vehicle services processes, repair workflows, and shop dynamics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with advisors, technicians, and service leadership
• Familiarity with DMS and shop management software
• An excellent attitude and problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities:

• Assist Service Manager with scheduling, dispatch tracking, and internal reporting
• Provide daily administrative support to the Service Manager and Service Advisors
• Monitor repair timelines and technician productivity to maintain optimal shop efficiency
• Ensure repair order accuracy and compliance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines
• Support warranty claim preparation and documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for internal departments regarding repair status and staff needs

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years old
• Neat professional appearance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task and work with cross functional teams
• Must have a valid/clean driver license
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
