Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Service Operations Director to manage our Field Service, Repair, and Spare Parts operations for the Separation Business Unit. This role is crucial in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives through leadership and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate territory equipment sales initiatives, ensuring the allocation of resources is optimized.
  • Implement local equipment and service sales strategies effectively.
  • Tackle complex challenges related to Start-ups and provide effective resolutions.
  • Drive sales growth while expanding market reach and coverage.
  • Achieve target orders and margins consistently.
  • Oversee field trials with customers, ensuring successful execution.
  • Position our product offerings advantageously against competitors.
  • Manage key accounts to inform customers of the full range of our products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop quotations based on thorough understanding of customer needs.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy while monitoring margin contribution.
  • Support product development initiatives at customer sites.
  • Promote a unified approach to client relations, embodying the 'One face to the Client' culture.

Your Qualifications:

  • A University Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or an equivalent educational background.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years' relevant experience with a strong track record in operational excellence and sales growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer needs, product features, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven sales expertise in managing teams, including product management within a sales-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with modern sales processes, organizational methods, and CRM tools.
  • Experience in change management and leading negotiations with international clients.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
