• 15+ years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
• CMA Certified
• Has extensive platform knowledge. And experience working on ServiceNow to ServiceNow migration.
• Can come up with a roadmap for migration/consolidation.
• Strong hands on experience on multiple ServiceNow Apps.
• Can independently work & present innovative ideas with stakeholders.
