What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations using the TCS point-of-sale system for tracking customers, quotes, work orders, inventory, and customer data.
• Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone, clearly communicating repair needs, estimates, and lead times.
• Lead, motivate, and train your team of automotive mechanics, ensuring efficient dispatch of work and maintaining high-quality repairs.
• Collaborate with parts distributors to source materials quickly, reducing downtime.
• Monitor and enhance service bay efficiency, maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed targeted sales goals through strategic management and adherence to company best practices.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong automotive background with sales and/or mechanic experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the TCS point-of-sale system is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience managing teams effectively in a high-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A creative, solution-driven mindset able to overcome challenges and enhance service quality.
