Job Title: Service Management ConsultantLocation: Austin, TXTravel:25%Job DescriptionMUST BE US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDERKey Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate IT service management processes, including Capacity, Availability, Event Management, Knowledge Management, Refresh, and Currency, to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze and evaluate IT remote desktop support processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop strategies to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements.
• Review Data from multiple sources to identify trends for improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement best practices for IT service management to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and IT service management.
• As required, provide extended onsite hand-on support for Network services.
• On occasion, travel and collaborate with Service Management and Command Center teams in Austin, TX.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT service management processes, including Capacity, Availability, Event Management, Knowledge Management, Refresh, and Currency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
• Associate degree in IT Services. Preferred Qualifications:
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Knowledge of IT outsourcing and managed services.
