Service Management Assistant - Morrison Industries : Job Details

Morrison Industrial Equipment is looking for a Full-Time Service Management Assistant at our Elkhart location, located at 2988 Paul Drive. This position would require a valid, good-standing driver's license. This position would also be subject to a pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and background check for any position within the company. This team member works Monday-Friday, first shift hours, and works 40 hours a week with the opportunity for overtime. Compensation for this role starts at $26.00 per hour with additional bonus incentive. Total annual pay expected $60,000-$70,000 . Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills. • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn. • Skilled at multi-tasking. • Excellent problem-solving abilities. • Strong customer relation skills. • Ability to monitor KPI's • Good leadership, communication, and supervision skills. • Clear and concise written and verbal language skills. • Basic mechanical knowledge. • Intermediate level computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word and Excel. Service Department Responsibilities: • Processing of technician timecards and organizingweekly payroll. • Opening, processing, and monitoring of work orders to ensure successful and efficient service. • Proactively contacting customers to provide repair status of units. • Customer visits. • Debriefing with technicians at the conclusion of each day for the purpose of efficient scheduling and planning. • Repair estimate preparation, presentation, and processing. • Processing of warranty claims. • Answering phones and assisting customers with a positive customer focused attitude. • Assisting with rental inquiries, quotations, set-up and deliveries. • Additional duties, as assigned.
