Rochester Regional Health (RRH) is seeking a visionary and accomplished physiatrist to serve as theService Line Division Head of Physical Medicine&Rehabilitation (PM&R)—a system-wide leadership role guiding inpatient, outpatient, and interventional rehabilitation services across 8 hospitals and a 12-county service area in Upstate New York.

• CARF-accredited; largest PM&R program in the Finger Lakes region
• Serves pediatric and adult populations recovering from stroke, spinal cord injury, TBI, Parkinson's, limb loss, and other complex conditions
• Recently upgraded with advanced technologies and expanded capabilities
• Only inpatient rehabilitation unit in the U.S. to receive theGold Beacon Award for Excellencefrom the AACN

System-Wide Scope&Impact

• Lead an integrated PM&R service line encompassinginpatient rehab, outpatient clinics, and interventional painprograms
• Guide expansion efforts and system-level coordination across 8 hospitals and numerous outpatient sites
• High volumes in inpatient, outpatient, and interventional care provide a significant platform for impact

Education, Research&Innovation

• Home to anACGME-accredited PM&R residency programwith outstanding faculty and diverse patient exposure
• Engage inresearch and academic developmentacross rehabilitation science
• Clinical/administrative ratio allows for ongoingengagement in patient care

• Work closely with system leadership including the System Executive Medical Director of Neurosciences

• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration with Neurology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, and Behavioral Health
• Strengthen post-acute transitions, expand outpatient rehab services, and enhance interventional capabilities
• Drivevalue-based care initiatives, operational efficiency, and system integration
• Championquality outcomes, care standardization, and innovationacross the continuum

• Board-Certified Physiatrist (MD or DO)
• Minimum5 years of progressive leadership experience
• Strategic thinker with experience integrating rehabilitation services across a large system
• Success leadingmultidisciplinary teamsand fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Familiarity with value-based care models;MBA or MHA preferred
• Servant leadership mindset, strong communicator, and team-builder

Compensation Information:$300000.00 / Annually - $500000.00 / AnnuallyDetails:The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants.
