Responsibilities:

Your role as a Service Lane Assistant is to schedule service work for the service department and to provide the ultimate customer service experience. You will use your customer service experience as a service advisor.

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive in the service lane and ensure a smooth check-in process
• Perform the pre-write-up inspection
• Assist Service Advisors with scheduling, paperwork, and follow-up communication
• Move and park customer vehicles safely within the service lot
• Answer the calls that come into the service department.
• Support the service team with daily tasks to ensure an efficient and exceptional customer experience
• Support the service advisors by ensuring they have current customer information.
• Maintain a daily production control schedule
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating at or above manufacturer composite.

Qualifications:

Must have strong communication skills in both oral and written communication

Will use your strong computer skills using our company-specific software

This position requires a valid driver's license with a good driving record

Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Will work on some Saturdays
