• Answer incoming service calls and emails, and route inquiries appropriately
• Schedule appointments and dispatch field technicians efficiently
• Monitor technician schedules to ensure prompt, reliable service
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and job status updates
• Serve as a key communication point between customers, technicians, and internal teams
• Support overall service operations to enhance the customer experience

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of dispatching experience (required)
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a dynamic setting
• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional attitude
