SERVICE DEPARTMENT COORDINTATOR - The Alpha Group : Job Details

A close-knit company is currently seeking a Service Department Coordinator for a full time temporary to permanent position in Attleboro Falls, MA. Responsibilities of Service Department Coordinator: -Receive and check warranty claim data -Accurately input job data and completed job information into data processing systems-Print job information for technicians-Submit job invoices to service manager for approval-Maintain multiple calendars with current information and service appointments-Process technician write-ups and reports-Perform other related tasks as assigned. Requirements of Service Department Coordinator-Excellent computer skill including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook-Superior attention to detail-Ability to learn-Great organizational and time management skills-Written and verbal communication skills.
