In this key role you will be responsible for managing customer contracts and participating in deal phases, as well as in onboarding of customers and products. Your biggest addition to the team will be supporting your team members in contractual matters to ensure the compliance of our services with new customer requirements.

You will be supported by a Service Delivery Management Competence Center, where we will make sure that you get the necessary technical support from other experienced colleagues and that you get all the trainings necessary for the job (technical trainings as well as all relevant professional certifications).

**Service Management Tasks**

* Regular communication with all stakeholders and responsibility for customer contract fulfillment

* Management of customer/partner complaints, especially in strategic and complex projects

* Claim management

* Control of the planning process & forecast process

* Cost management, control of overall cost optimization programs

* Process coordination and implementation, transfer of process know-how and documentation

* Management reporting and governance tasks

* Participation in larger projects, individually managing smaller scale projects

* Recommendation of optimization potentials regarding portfolio and standardization

* Responsibility for the implementation of quality assurance measures

**Contract Management Tasks**

* Take part in the interpretation and cocreation of legal documents

* Support internal compliance functions to guarantee the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained

* Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation

* Maintain excellent working relationships with internal/external clients to ensure their expectations are met

* At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry is a must

* Extensive experience in Service, Delivery and Partner management

* Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile concepts and process management

* Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology

* Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team

* Exemplify a strong attention to detail

* Possess superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines

* Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office

* Previous experience working with contract regulations the related laws is strongly preferred

* Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills

* Capable of professionally managing confidential information

* Exemplify creative problem-solving abilities

* English (C-Level) and German (B-Level) language knowledge

* Legal background is an advantage

* Data protection law knowledge is an advantage (GDPR)

* Having experience in transitioning and transforming new initiatives is an advantage
