The YMCA of Greater Richmond is currently seeking a full-time, highly motivated, mission-driven, team-oriented professional to serve as our Service Delivery Director. We are seeking a Service Delivery Director to lead and oversee the Aquatics department, which includes the supervision of staff. A primary continued focus of this role will be the growth of aquatics programing and over-all branch membership, aiming to enhance our community impact and organizational reach.\n. This position will be located at the Goochland YMCA.\n.
