The Service Coordinator will assist with the scheduling of Care Professionals to serve families in the Marble Falls Area.Home Instead Benefits include:Competitive Wages (Starting Wage $36,000 per year - $40,000 per year based on experience)Paid Time OffHealth InsuranceJob DescriptionThe Service Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties for the recruitment of Care Professionals. The Service Coordinator is expected to identify and schedule the most appropriate Care Pros to serve each of our clients, matching skills, personality and availability in order to provide the highest quality service to clients. Service coordinator will assist with on-call rotation, ensure our clients and care professionals have the support they need around the clock.Education/Experience Requirements:High school graduation or the equivalentOne year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be consideredMust possess a valid driver's licenseSupervisory Responsibilities:This position will be responsible for overseeing all of the functions performed by the Care Pro staffKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Must have an understanding of and uphold the policies and procedures established by Manus Servientes of Texas Corporation, (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise)Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectivelyMust have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlinesMust demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skillsMust demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies and proceduresMust demonstrate knowledge of the senior care industryMust have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly workMust have the ability to establish good working relationships with the franchise owner, office colleagues, Care Pros and the communityMust present a professional appearance and demeanorMust have the ability to operate office equipmentMust be patient and congenial on the telephone Must have computer skills and be proficient in Excel and WordMust have the availability to work evenings or weekends as requiredMust have the ability to perform duties in a professional office settingMust have the ability to work as a part of a teamMust demonstrate excellent organizational skillsPosition InformationTitle:Service Coordinator / SchedulerID:1187Please note that this is the job board for the franchise office located at 705 N.
