It is a regional distributor of CNC machine tools, tooling and accessories, and related engineering and support services. HFO Midwest is seeking an ambitious and conscientious Service Coordinator. This role will provide exciting opportunities to work for a dynamic company in a fast-paced, growing industry. The Service Coordinator will provide the highest level of service to our customers regarding work order entry, dispatching Field Service Technicians, and data/system management. This person will interface with customers over the phone, via email and provide information to our customers when necessary.What You Will Contribute: Manage and coordinate all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer serviceEnsure timely and efficient delivery of our services to our customersMonitor service requests and assign technicians to appropriate jobsCommunicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service statusMaintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactionsCollaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely service deliveryOther Functions:Perform related duties as requiredThe duties listed above are intended only as an illustration of the various types of work that may be performed.
