This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, organized, and culturally responsive, and who thrives in fast-paced environments where collaboration matters.Starting Rate: $17.00/hour, per the current union agreementService Coordinator - Case Manager Core Responsibilities Request and complete service authorizations in a timely manner Conduct Family Service Plan meetings and ensure compliance with OCDEL standards Coordinate services and make referrals to support each child's development Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings to promote collaborative planning Develop and update transition plans to maintain continuity of care Maintain positive and professional relationships with families, providers, and community partners Document all services and communication accurately and on timeWhat You Bring Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field and at least 1 year of experience in a human services role; OR an associate's degree or 60 college credits in Early Childhood Education and 3 years of relevant experience Strong customer service and time management skills Ability to navigate digital systems and prioritize multiple tasks A positive, solution-focused attitude and ability to build rapport A valid driver's license and reliable transportationWho Thrives in This RoleWe've found that people who are: Motivated and resourceful Compassionate and professional Skilled at listening and problem-solving Team players with strong follow-through...tend to thrive in this role.
