In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our technical teams and clients, ensuring that communication regarding services, updates, and resolutions is clear, timely, and accurate. • Coordinate communication between technical service teams and customers.
• Provide timely updates on service status, planned maintenance, and incident resolutions.
• Draft clear and professional messages regarding service-related issues.
• Manage service notifications and client alerts via internal platforms.
• Track, monitor, and report communication metrics and service trends.
• Maintain internal communication logs and support knowledge base documentation.
• Collaborate with support and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Assist with the development of service communication policies and procedures.

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseQualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service communication or technical support communication roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical details into clear customer-friendly language.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM/ticketing systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
