Service Center Support Coordinator - Teledyne Technologies Incorporated : Job Details

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting our global ability to service and repair Teledyne FLIR product. The Remote Service Center (RSC) Coordinator will work closely with our global service centers and internal teams including company sales, service representatives, finance, and global trade compliance to coordinate a variety of remote service functions. This position is located on-site at our Wilsonville, OR office. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Document repair activity. Receive RSC requests and prepare ERP documents/trouble tickets related to processing return authorizations (RMA)Update ERP with current status of repairs at RS - Cs. Document repair details in ERP upon completion. Assist in coordination of field service repairs performed by RS - Cs. Process purchase orders. Generate quotes for spare parts to RS - Cs. Receive, review, and process RSC material purchase orders. Coordinate with Planning and Shipping teams for the shipment of spare parts.
