This role focuses on administrative tasks, advisor service, and operational support while building knowledge of insurance processes and internal systems.   • Monitor and manage shared team email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and task routing.
  • Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and documentation.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
  • Collect and organize information from insurance carriers for case support.
  • Assist with basic advisor inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Support the preparation of client materials and internal reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of
  • Basic office procedures and administrative practices.
  • Insurance terminology and advisor workflows (preferred).
  • Internal systems and document handling processes.
Skill in
  • Managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally via email and phone.
  • Using Microsoft Office and internal platforms for data entry and documentation.
Ability to
  • Provide excellent service to internal partners and advisors.
  • Stay organized and follow through on assignments.
  • Learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree or relevant coursework in business or finance preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience, ideally in financial services.
  • OR:
  • An Equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources
Licenses/Certifications
  • Insurance license (2-14) preferred but not required.
