Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and maintain a clean, organized front area.

Present menus and provide detailed information about South Indian dishes, including ingredients and specials.

Accurately take and communicate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and ensure timely service.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, process payments, and collaborate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff.
