Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival
• Complete all service documentation accurately
• Recommend and sell maintenance and repair services
• Follow up with customers regarding declined services
• Manage activity efficiently in the service lane
• Maintain communication with extended warranty providers

Qualifications and Skills

• Dealership service writing experience is a plus
• Professional appearance
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to sell and recommend services
• Valid California driver's license with a clean record
• Reliable and punctual
• Pass drug testing and background screening

Pay Details

The position offers a base hourly wage of $17.97 plus performance bonuses, which may range from $0.00 upwards depending on benchmarks met.
