Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet our customers with a smile as they arrive
• Complete all service documents
• Represent and sell recommended maintenance and repair work
• Follow-up with each customer on declined work
• Effectively manage activity in the service lane
• Maintain ongoing conversations with extended warranty providers

Qualifications And Skills

• Dealership service writing experience is a huge plus!!
• Professional appearance
• Strong communication skills
• Able to sell/recommend service
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Pass a drug test
• Pass a criminal background screening

Pay Defined: The Service Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.97, plus performance bonuses.
