Hansel Honda is looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our Petaluma team!

Pay Range: Depending on job performance, the Service Advisor compensation ranges from $35,500.00 to $150,000+.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet customers with a smile as they arrive
• Complete all service documents
• Recommend maintenance and repair work to customers
• Follow-up with customers on declined work
• Manage activity in the service lane
• Maintain communication with warranty providers

Qualifications and Skills:

• Dealership service writing experience is a plus
• Professional appearance
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to sell and recommend services
• Valid California driver's license with a clean record
• Reliable and punctual
• Pass drug test and background screening

Pay Details: Base hourly wage of $17.97 plus performance bonuses, which are variable.
