Job Summary:Airstream Orange County, a leading RV dealership in Midway City, California, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive salary of $4000 to $8000 per month. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our service department.Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner

Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's schedule to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs

Communicate with customers about their RV's service needs and provide accurate estimates of repair costs

Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have all necessary parts and equipment to complete repairs

Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs and any changes in the estimated completion time

Handle and resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner

Ensure that all service records and documentation are accurate and up to date

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service department

Work closely with the Parts department to ensure timely delivery of parts needed for repairs

Stay updated on the latest RV products and services to better serve our customers

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or RV dealership setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficient in computer programs and systems used in the service department

Knowledge of RVs and RV systems is a plus
